Hello, and welcome to my web site.
My name is Rick Dunkerley, and I am an ABS Mastersmith. I have been making custom knives since 1984, and have been a full time knife maker since 1996. I make folders and fixed blades of all diffrent types. I am most intrested in Damascus knives and enjoy making my own diffrent patterns. As you can see by the photos on the following pages, these knives are one-of-a-kind.  Even similar designs will be different, as the materials will be different.  I do not repeat my mosaic patterns, so only a few knives are made with a particular damascus design. My knives are entirely handmade by me.  From the time I light the forge through the last detail, no one else has a hand in a Dunkerley knife.  I only use the best materials and am constantly experimenting with new techniques to provide the collector with a truly unique knife.
